Rental terms
These terms govern the rental of paddleboards (SUP) and water equipment from Watersports Costa Blanca. By booking, you accept the terms below.
Booking and payment
Bookings are made via WhatsApp and confirmed subject to availability. Payment is made on delivery of the equipment. We accept card, Bizum and cash.
Delivery
We deliver to your villa or hotel for €10 across the Costa Blanca, from Benidorm to Gandía. You can also pick up the equipment for free in Dénia.
Deposit and liability
A €50 deposit and a photo ID are required, refunded when the board is returned in good condition. The customer is liable for damage, loss or theft during the rental: leash €40, paddle €60, fin €25, repair from €40.
Safe use
Equipment is used at the customer’s sole responsibility. We recommend a leash and staying close to shore in poor weather. Use under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Cancellations and bad weather
You may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. If bad weather prevents safe use, we offer a free date change.
Return
Equipment must be returned at the agreed date and time, clean and complete. Late returns may incur an extra per-day charge.
