Data we collect
Name, phone, email and booking dates you provide to manage your rental or purchase. We do not collect special-category data and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to manage bookings, payments and communication with you (e.g. via WhatsApp), based on the performance of the contract and your consent. We keep data only as long as needed for the relationship and legal obligations.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely via external payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@watersports-costablanca.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
